When it comes to music, Metallica is one of the most talked about bands out there. Metal has always been a very difficult genre to crack but Metallica have always been able to strike the right kind of chord with the audience. They have become immensely popular and gotten the pan world appeal. Millions of people crave for their live concerts at their place and they have been able to increase their popularity with every album that they release. Master of Puppets

This is one of the earliest albums of the band. If you want to see the best of Metallica, this is that one album that you definitely need to listen. It was released back in 1986. It was an instant success and to this date, it has been described as one of the best Albums to walk out of metal genre. My favorite song from the Album is "Welcome Home", it serves the madness properly. 

Death Magnetic 

This was the first album to feature bassist Robert Trujillo who brought another dimension to the band and made the music even better. This has to go down as one of the most underrated albums of the band. Released back in 2008, it featured some really good tracks. "The Day That Never Comes" can be played on a loop and you will never get tired of it, it's a promise! 

Garage Inc.

This came at a time when Metallica had already become a big name in the pop culture. It was released back in 1998 when they were riding high on success and popularity. It featured about 11 tracks and if you want to listen to the highlight of this album, you should for "Turn the page" and "Whiskey in the jar".

This was recorded back in 1988. The producer of the album Flemming Rasmussen recorded it for a period of over four months. It was reissued in 2018 to feel the vibes of good old times. "Eye of the beholder" is a song that most of the music lovers must have heard once or twice, just is its popularity till date. I am fond of the song "Harvester of Sorrow" too and I will totally recommend this album as well.

Ride the lightning

It was just the second studio album of Metallica and due to its success, Metallica went on to make albums after albums which made the band what it is today. The music critics consider it to be a major turning point in Metallica's career. You must have heard "Creeping death" from this album, if not, you should definitely go for it right now! 

There are many other albums from Metallica that will make you fall in love with their music but these albums are the best in their careers in my humble opinion. Formed back in 1981, the band is still going strong and it is one of my favorite heavy metal bands. They catapulted their way up from underground music and entered the pop culture to dominate it, something every new music band aspires to be. Metallica will always remain the most decorated heavy metal band ever!
