A question.

(We are into the second guest post edition featuring Ayushi Das since last one got an amazing response. It is in the very same zone, a romantic poem!)

I have an answer.
Maybe it was very overwhelming,
To be loved so much.
By someone so saddening,
Who held you in a clutch.

I have an answer.
Maybe it was tiresome,
To deal with my melancholy.
The tears that used to come,
Just after being a little jolly.

I have an answer.
Maybe it was the broken heart,
Which needed an effort to fix.
It must have not been worth it,
To help it provide with a suffix.

I have an answer.
Maybe it was this little soul,
That was incompetent.
It tried so hard to be a part,
To ward off the feeling of being distant.

You must be wondering by now,
What could the question possibly be.
I have asked it silently and loud,
Was it so easy to leave me?  ~ Ayushi Das
